Margaret Carlson, first female columnist at Time Magazine, was a panelist for 20 years on CNN's Capital Gang. She was managing editor of the New Republic, a columnist at Bloomberg & The Daily Beat, and is now Editor-at-Large of Semafor. She graduated of Good Shepherd School, Bishop McDevitt High School, Penn State and George Washington University Law School. She passed the bar but prefers to practice the domestic arts.
